The Luna Tree-Sit came out of the 1997 Earth First action camp.

 

Spruce - has been part of the LUNA support team since the first Earth First! affinity group put up the platform and named the tree "Luna.

 

- Michael Rising Ground - A crucial member of the Luna support team. Before supporting Luna he was a key ground support for the Bell Creek tree-sit in Headwaters Forest.

James Ficklin/Duff - a filmmaker with HAVC spent two years documenting this action and five years on the struggle to save Headwaters Forest, he is now directing a documentary entitled "TREE-SIT - The Art of Resistance."
