The Humboldt police and Congressman Frank Riggs make their feelings known, as do the survivors of this torture technique and their attorney Tony Serra. ncludes the story of David "Gypsy" Chain's tragic death in Grizzly Creek, and the police's violent response to a 3-week road blockade that followed.
